House of MDC is a combination of Mechkithh Designs LLC and Mechkithhh Constructions LLC. Together we have been in business since 2019. While working on interior design projects, we identified a gap for trusted, quality & creative contractors. To close this gap, we started our own construction company with the same commitment and quality that we started our Interior Design Firm. Our subcontractors and other trades are second to none when it comes to delivering quality work. To top it off all our construction work comes with our one year warranty; yes we don't just walk off after finishing the project. You can always call us if any issue arises and we will evaluate the situation and provide solutions. Once you sign your contract with us, then we roll out our luxury process for you to envision your project in ways of 3D presentations & samples. We take care of all your permits and approvals with the city by submitting the needed CAD drawings or any other information. We do all the follow ups on your behalf and coordinate with all the authorities. We have recently added another feather to our cap, by introducing building custom homes to our portfolio. We understood that this was a very logical step to take in the expansion of our company, given our extensive experience over the past years in the area of Designing and Renovations!
